The verse is speaking on everything that Moses did after hearing God revealed the commands and laws to him.

Jesus was warning the disciples that at the end of times many will come trying to falsely claim that they are Jesus. Many will try to bring false teaching to people and lead them astray. He is warning Christians to hold tight to sound doctrine.
